PAG’s mission is basically to assist Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) registrants, prospective applicants, and others in complying with federal Controlled Substance Act (CSA) laws and regulations.

PAG is a female-and-minority-owned firm.  It provides CSA regulatory compliance advice to medication-assisted treatment facilities and providers, pharmaceutical and chemical manufacturers, distributors, importers, exporters, practitioners, researchers, teaching institutions, law enforcement, retail pharmacies, hospitals, federal, state and local agencies, policy makers as well as professional and trade organizations.

Team

Our staff is comprised of retired professional investigators and regulators who have extensive federal and state criminal investigative and regulatory experience. They are effective communicators who actively network with state and federal regulators, private industries as well as professional and trade organizations. PAG’s founder has extensive experience with the DEA as a former Diversion Investigator.
